- Clean rooms
- Easy check in and check out process. The staff were so attentive, helpful and always with a smile. It really helped my anxiety lower since I was in a new city for the first time. They really made my stay feel like I was at home with family.
- Everything was nice clean
Cons -
- Pool was cold.
- The facility overbooked and was unapologetic about the frustrating circumstances. Gave improper information about how to obtain a refund.
- Nothing that was out of control. I would have like to use the pool and jacuzzi after 10pm. But I completely understand that the hours were set for safety, so it was not such a big dislike.
