Quiet, decent room

Severly isolated

Cleanliness, convenient location.

They chose to vacuum the hall at 11:30 PM.

There was nothing to like. Bait and switch.

This hotel is not in Douglas, WY, it is in Bill, WY. It is 40 miles away. The staff said people are upset all the time, one laughed about it. There isn't a front desk, just a tiny check in booth in the diner out front. The place is a joke.

Room not ready. Waited for hours. Motel run down condition.

Room was clean but lacked some of the usual amenities (coffee pot, ice bucket) It did have microwave and refrigerator which was nice. On-site diner was a plus since there were no other businesses within 30 miles, either direction. Staff was friendly.

Ate dinner in the adjoining diner but after drinking half my coffee l I realized that there were flies (one alive and several dead) inside the sugar dispenser- made me sick to my stomach.

24 hour restaurant and real quiet.

I asked for a room in Douglas and the agent put me in a room 35 miles from Douglas. May have been a wyndom agent don't know.

Got probably the best night's sleep ever at a hotel; some of that is due to being in the middle of nowhere (USA) but also the mattress was super. I should have asked them the brand.

Did not see a coffee maker in the room;would've been nice

It was 40miles out of my way. It said it was in the town I wanted to stay in. I was not allowed to cancel.

The staff was very accomodating. We had some confusion with the room. The assigned handicap room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. (Fortunately, for us) the room air conditioner was broken and they needed to assign us another room.

Who builds a accessible room on the second floor without an elevator?

We made a last minute reservation and the Travelodge was able to accommodate us. The front desk person was very nice and helped with all non-hotel issues we had.

The address is a bit misleading. The hotel is not located in the city of Douglas, but in Bill, Wy, which is about 30 miles north of Douglas, Wy. Luckily for us, we were traveling North and it was not an issue. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Toothbrush stuck behind toilet from previous guests. Water ice cold. TV didn't work and associate said they would come and fix it and didn't. Reservation said Douglas but was in Bill WY so it was an extra 35 mile drive out of our way.

Location: only hotel in vicinity when road was closed due to weather. Great diner attached.

Wide open area all around, but not the most welcoming or fancy place.

Office is in the diner and the rooms are extremely austere. Not bad, but there are better options back in Douglas and ahead in Gillette.

This hotel serves the railroad crews and oil workers and is the only hotel and restaurant in a remote area. This is a beautiful like new hotel. The diner is open 24 hours a day. We were just passing through and enjoyed a restful stay here.

Love the 24hr diner!

There was no elevator and I had to drag my luggage to the second floor.
