Hampton Inn & Suites Douglas

This hotel is supposed to be the nicest one in Douglas, Wyoming. It is quite expensive.

My room was dirty; the bathroom floor had urine on it. As I got to the hotel fairly late, I didn't even bother to call the front desk. I was not sure the bed linens had been changed, so I slept in my clothes. I was given a $50 credit at check-out.

Location. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness of room.. Lobby was a little more worn.

Breakfast could be improved upon. Ran out of basics and had to wait. Kitchen staff was cordial and very apologetic though.

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good.

The location was terrible. If you want a QUIET night sleep, go somewhere else. The trucks coming off the interstate using their Jake brakes to stop at the street behind the hotel...BAD. Hot Tub was not working also.

Loved the proximity of location to places to eat, the clean, vibrant presentation of the hotel itself as I drove up including the great host,  who was able to answer any questions I had. Loved how clean & comfortable the room was. Breakfast- great

I really wish there was a hot tub but did enjoy the workout out space.

The hotel employees are courteous. The breakfast are verygood.

The only thing the hotel could improve on would be to make the bed better, like the first nights stay.

The hotel was clean and easily accessible to the interstate. They also had a very nice breakfast that got us on the road quickly.

They forgot to give us soap for the room, but this was a very minor inconvenience.

The front desk lady who checked us in was not wearing a mask. No guests were wearing masks- despite signs everywhere saying to wear them. I get guests not wearing them, but the hotel staff !!?? We are in the middle of a pandemic....

Clean and convenient. Busy hotel due to location. Staff was ok, not very friendly.

Excellent room size and hotel amenities. Also, the buffet breakfast was a really good selection.

The price seemed quite high for the town and state. It was priced more like a resort location. Also, our room phone was completely dead, and unfortunately our room faced the highway so was a bit noisy.

Great room, breakfast was nice, loved having an ice machine on the same floor.

The gal who checked us in was not informative at all. Better customer service from her. Another gal checked me out and she was much better.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the check-in and check-out were more time consuming than I wished.

Friendly staff. Fast check-in. Nice Rooms. Hot breakfast was a plus.

Did not have any clean the room while we were out or replace the towels..but understandable since it was Thanksgiving day. Water pressure in the 4th floor is definitely lacking. Otherwise greattach hotel for the price...and great choices for breakfast.

It was new and very clean and we felt the attention to detail was superb. Cookies in the afternoon and a hot breakfast were a great amenity.

It was a bit far from 'town' but it was a small town, so nothing was THAT far.

Guess the only thing that was lacking was breakfast. I was very excited having had their breakfasts before. The only hot item was a "breakfast bagel pizza"? It was not a breakfast food and not very good at that. Out of waffle batter. Left dissapointed

This motel was clean and very comfortable. We were in town for the State High School Finals Rodeo (so five days, four nights). Hotel employee made sure our room was large enough to hold the four of us as well as all of our gear, saddle etc.

The hot tub was kind of dirty. We used it one night and it just was dirty. I was hoping for a larger pool as well. The tables in the dining area were also really tiny and low to the ground. They were hard to sit at.

Their complimentary breakfast was bad. Their breakfast crew was apparently understaffed because there was no food left when we got there, we had to wait a while for them to bring more out. And all the garbages were piled up a mile high.

I would definitely stay there again! The hotel was very clean, the location just off the interstate was great, and every person on staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The pool was out of order and had no indication that it was on the website.
