Featuring an over-sized outdoor heated pool, this Cody, Wyoming motel is less than a mile from Cody Stampede Rodeo. During the summer months guests can enjoy free horse rides and live western music in the evening. Free WiFi is provided. Yellowstone National Park is 50 minutes’ drive away. A flat-screen cable TV is featured in each room at Big Bear Motel. A seating area and an private bathroom are included. A private patio is also provided. Log cabin inspired, Motel Big Bear showcases log benches and other decorative accents. Free coffee is offered in the mornings at the 24-hour reception on site. - Location to Yellowstone. Room was spacious & clean.
- They tried their best to keep the rooms clean and tidy. The front desk lady was helpful and friendly.
- The location was perfect for our travels to Yellowstone. The views were amazing from our balcony. The room had a cute rustic feel to it and was spacious. Parking was convenient. The pool was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again.
Cons -
- Old hotel with outdated amenities, but everything was clean. A little too pricey for what you get.
- The old carpeting. Everything else was very nice
- Retro and perfect! Family owned. Great for all ages and close to fabulous trail rides. HIghly recommend if you want to have a genuine Cody experience.
