Pros +
- The room looked nice and the staff were good, especially the manager I spoke with the morning of departure.
- We appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly and our rooms were clean. Also, the staff (while short-handed) was friendly and accommodating in each interaction.
- It was clean and well maintained.
Cons -
- Yes. The bed. I itched all night long and woke up with hair all over his shirt. Looked like cat hair. It literally COVERED me. Disgusting. Paying over a $100 for an unclean bed is unacceptable. I mean, an unclean bed is NEVER acceptable.
- I booked two rooms - one for me and one for my parents. It would have been nice to have rooms next to each other or even on the same floor.
- I like trains, but some people may find it a bit difficult falling asleep as the hotel is across the street from a busy train route.
