- The staff at the desk
- Good price, good breakfast
- Got into my preferred room, it was very clean. Staff was helpful. Very good stay. Favorite place to stay in Martinsburg. Lots of places within a short walk from the hotel.
Cons -
- The room doors were very noisy
- sliding bathroom door...need a lock on it to hold shut
- No INDOOR pool.
