Breakfast buffet"¿¿¿. Replenishing the buffet was very slow. My husband and I Was there for (2) days. The sausage patties was setting in GREASE. IF the buffet had no problems. My over all rating would have been EXCELLENT.

Location was just off freeway. Close to jump on and be on the road again. Also there were good restaurants nearby.

The sheets were on wrong side out, the floor was dirty. No soap in the room. No breakfast and front desk staff was never at the front desk. If hotels aren't going to clean rooms,replenish linens, offer breakfast lower your price.

The room was very clean and staff very courteous.

Air conditioning could be improved and I recommend a lamp on the bed side table.

Needed a hotel in Keyser, this fit the bill

The guy behind the counter at checkout didn't want to work. I repeatedly called to him, as did other guests, finally another employee made him come out to help us.

Mildew in the shower and on the shower curtain. Accessible shower had no place to put toiletries in the shower.

Best in Class all around. Been staying there for the last 7 years. Still looks new, fresh, clean, friendly as it was 7 years ago.

We were greeted as we came in plus I called to see if we could sign in before 3 as we had a wedding to go to & clerk said it would be fine! All was neat & clean plus a nice breakfast!

Very Clean and everyone was very helpful we would choice to stay again if in the area and might be back in the fall the breakfast was great and hot as well.

Internet was a little slow

Everything: People were super great. Other guests were very friendly. Lobby & room were very clean. Room was quiet so the comfortable bed allowed great sleep. Room bigger than expected & decorated very nice. Alarm clock worked as did TV sleep timer.

Other than better marking to get there absolutely nothing.

Clean rooms, curtious staff, convenient location with some shopping close by.

The rooms are smaller. But I guess the hotel name foreshadows that.

Great location for the reasons we were in Keyser. The staff was extremely friendly. We were on the 2nd floor which I understand is the best location for wifi connections and it worked well.
