Good location and felt safe. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Staff was friendly and even made sure we knew there was free parking on the weekends.

Carpet was noticeably stained in several places in the room, and it’s just weird that the bathroom light is next to the sink outside of the bathroom with the toilet and shower.

I liked the layout of the room and ample space in the bathroom. The room was very nice and clean.

I did not sign up for the continental breakfast and learned that I would have to pay 16.00 per person after spending an excessive amount for the room itself. Not my idea of accommodation for how much the room was for two nights. Luckily local restaurants

Clean, it was an older hotel, could use some updating. The bed was awesome!

It's outdated and showing signs of the times. Check in staff are rude and seem to care less about you being there. Certainly not worth near what they charge

Valet is the only option if you want your car parked in the parking garage. I don?t like other people driving my car

No microwave. Most importantly, we expected a complimentary breakfast, but were charge $26 with no notice before hand.

The bathroom sink wouldn¿t drain and no shampoo

Staff was great not much noise isolation between rooms heard the neighbors talking over my TV at night.

Was staying 2 nights toiletries were empty in the room and no fresh towels for the next night.

Tv didnt work. When I contacted the desk the next morning I was told I couldve fixed it. No apologies. No offers to make this right. Just put the blame on me. Also once I was in the shower I noticed there were no bath towels in the room.

Toilet had plastic applicator in it. Shower head would barely spray. Room was extremely small and had adjacent room. No microwave. Mattress on bed was horrible needed to be replaced. Staff did not know how to use the safe. Was not as advertised.

Parking situation is horrible. few places and the jam caused by check ins is way too long. some people waited in line over an hour to check in leaving arriving cars stuck out in the street

One employee was just getting off of his shift and after he was off the clock was still helpful and very hospitable.

It was advertised to have free parking but I was told at check-in that they had a very limited number of free spaces and I could use the valet which was not free or park on the street. I had to park on the street a block away from the hotel.

My AC unit made noises and the toilet handle was finicky.

Location. This was just wonderful. If you¿re in walking distance to Manny, restaurants, to the Riverwalk, to a movie, theaters, and an outdoor concert.

Very limited parking.

Room was not very clean. Parking is noted as free, but there are only a select few free spots along the street. Parking after that is $10.

Had to change room three times because of electrical issues in each room including lights, refrigerator, and clocks not working. Very inconvenient when all you want to do is fall into bed and go to sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
