Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. There was a room mixup with the booking and they fixed it with no issues.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was closed. Would of been nice to know ahead of time. We would have changed our plans.

The room - fixtures not designe for ease of use - light fixture switches, the one floor lamp not working. A complicated and ultimately unable to work shower mechanism. Fixtures over designed without consideration of use by hotel cumsters.

Location was good

Toilet backed up. No one cleaned the room during our stay No free coffee in the morning. We paid over $--- per night and they charged for coffee. Almost all hotels now offer free coffee in yhe morning.

Great location downtown. Convenient to local restaurants, attractions, etc...

Pillows suck! The room was better than expected but the pillows are absolutely horrible. BYOP!

The hotel was new, modern and clean. It offered a spacious lobby and restaurant area, although we didn¿t take advantage of the $14 buffet. Parking was free and our room was spacious with a separate sitting area. I would happily stay there again.

Morning buffet seemed pricey.

Very nice and clean hotel. Beds were comfy.

The menu on the tv for the restaurant had more options than the menu at the hotel restaurant. This was a disappointment.

The cleanliness and size of the room and the hotel location was what I liked most about my stay. I was there for a graduation and the event was next door.

The only thing I did not like was that there were not enough towels and washcloths. We only had 2 each of towels, hand towels and washcloths for 2 people. This was only enough for 1 bath.

Ice I wanted to stay there because I enjoyed their pool when it was the Holiday Inn express. I had I had my grandchildren with me for the weekend and we had planned on swimming. The pool was closed for remodeling I would like a discount. Thank you

The staff was attentive and friendly. The location was perfect, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The indoor pool was the perfect place for my son to play while I relaxed on the lounge chair.

The microwave and fridge in the room were hidden so I didn¿t realize they were there and therefore did not use them although they definitely would have made my stay more pleasant.

Staff was not the most motivated to provide quick and friendly service, though being from the area originally, that's not out of the ordinary for the area. Room next to ours had a loud party the 1st night.

Well there was a dog in our room before us and the only reason I know that is because when we sit down on the sofa we got dog hair all over our shirts. So the staff moved us to a suite where the air conditioner didn't work that well.
