Quality Inn Huntington University Area

The first room we were put in looked like a construction site. The second room wasn't much better. There were nasty stains on the carpet and bed spread. The walls had been patched and never painted. There was poop in the toilet. This place was so gross!

There was nothing we liked about it.

there was a bug in my bed. it was at the head of the bed. I noticed a black speck on the white sheet and when I look closer it had legs. I don't know what kind of bug it was. I think it was a bedbug. it was dead. manager is fighting the refund

Everything. Switched to 3 different just excepted the last one. Was tired and need sleep. I have pictures of all the issues. The rooms smelled of a strong, door to the bathroom was severally damaged floors where dirty and hair in the sink. 1st room only

It’s clean. There is a decent breakfast with hot options.

The hot tub was just slightly warm not hot but it was still relaxing.

The breakfast was above and beyond! Waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast...

toilet couldn't flush without taking the top off the tank.

Everything we needed for a weekend get-away - hot tub, a pool, vending and ice machine, complimentary breakfast, hair dryer, clean and modern bathroom, cold refrigerator, picnic tables in the back. Close to the city for food delivery.

The staff was friendly.

Carpeting in the room we’re grimy.TV was very tiny and picture so dark it couldn’t be watched. The AC unit sounded like a diesel generator making sleep sporadic. We will never book with Quality Inn again.

The staff hands down are the reason I have stayed with them so many times.

The carpet in the rooms need pulled up and hard flooring put down. Some protein for the breakfast would be amazing.

Smoke detector covered up, bathroom had a strong smell of dope/meth. Smell was overwhelming so we left very early in the morning. No one at front desk

Folks hanging out in the parking lot looked dodgy. Hallway carpet and lighting was disturbing but once in the room all was well. Place looked like it may have been recently purchased and under renovation.

Location was further away from road noise than others in area, which was good. While staff were helpful and pleasant, rooms needed updating and smelled bad.

It?s older and definitely needs some updating. It smelled bad and carpet was very dirty. No mold, but odor was unpleasant.

Front desk woman was very friendly and upgraded us.

The carpet had dried blood stains in it and was very dirty. The rest of the room was clean.

The pool. Breakfast, especially the waffles.

Our room carpet had a couple of huge stains on it, otherwise it was neat and clean.

Good location close to I-64, but it is on a steep hill. It has a clear sign, but I did not look up until driving around a couple of times. Once I found it I could get up to it easily enough. It had a huge hot tub. Good pool.

Floor very creaky above our room. Wife hated the mattress.

People were nice and friendly,

The carpet was badly stained, left our white socks dirty after walking on carpet in room. The elevator at 3rd floor stop was very jerking, AC unit needs service.

The location was great. Close to everything. The shower pressure was amazing.

Unfortunately you can tell that the upkeep on this hotel has nearly stopped. Old worn carpet, tiles loose or missing in the bathroom. There was trash from previous stays in the trash cans. Worst part was you can hear everything in adjoining rooms.

The first room they gave us which the staff told us what is an upgraded room was exactly what I ordered but filthy dirty. The floors were all staying. The bed cover was all stainedin holes in it. It looks straight out of the 80s

The room didn't have fridge or microwave after stating it does The floors was stained. Room and hotel needs updated. Pool too cold , jacuzzi too cold.
