Warm pool/ hot jacuzzi

Room smelled musty and room was directly over the pool so I think kids were coughing at night due to pool chemicals

I enjoyed the free breakfast and the friendly staff.

The room was out dated and the carpet was stained.

Room was very nice and clean, Hotel staff was so friendly, and complimentary breakfast was good, Definitely be staying again at this location.

Very friendly check-in staff, clean rooms with all the amenities, comfy beds, & an excellent breakfast! They do allow small dogs for $30 pet fee-I would call and speak with desk before booking to make sure though.

Yes, there wasn?t hardly any grass to take the dog for its ?break?. All the spots that typically are grass were stones instead. Otherwise, the hotel was awesome!!!!

The hot tub was out, not enough housekeepers to clean, smell of marijuana on third floor, no microwave in room, I was bit on my leg & both arms throughout the night while sleeping & 2 days later it?s been itching, red, and is tender to the touch.

For the price it had all your basic needs plus the continental breakfast was good

This hotel just decides to randomly charge amounts to your credit card? With no documentation for why? I would not have noticed it had not been paying attention

The room smelled musty and the floor was dirty. The price wasnt overly expensive, but I did expect it to be nicer than it was. Definitely has gone downhill from our last stay 2 years ago.

Old out of date hotel with no decent workout room. Not even close to a 2.5 star hotel.

The check out was 10 am¿on a Saturday. I feel that¿s at least an hour too early in comparison to other hotels. The previous day we stayed at another chain and checkout was noon. Not much around if you want to get a beer and a bite to eat.

The last few times that I stayed there there's not been a working agency and that's been at least 2 months in between visits

The afternoon clerk was helpful and knowledgeable.

It was advertised for pool and spa tub.They were supposed to be open after February 6th. It was closed the entire time we were there, and the clerks were very rude about the issues, and basically said to bad, and your reservation is none refundable.

This hotel has the friendliest staff. They were very accommodating and always willing to help.

We were very disappointed when we showed up to check-in to find that the pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling. We always stay at the specific location because of the pool and hot tub. Also, our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke.
