Great employee’s , huge breakfast bar

My room was infested in fleas they were all over me legs by the end of my visit

There were a group of people partying until 4:30 am! Staff was unconcerned

Grout in bathroom needs cleaned or changed to dark matching color. A few mold spots in shower needs cleaned attention. Our first night was so noisy all night long.

the front desk, wholly made our rating a perfect 10. We had a glitch with our reservation and were frazzled. She remained composed, and relentlessly achieved a resolution.

Room was comfortable but items were dusty and bathroom /shower neds attention

The hotel was very clean . The staff members were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They had a variety of coffees that were always available. We don¿t understand why this hotel had a 2.5 star rating. It deserves better!

The only negative was that we couldn¿t get local channels on the TV as Direct TV was negotiating a new contract with local stations.

Closeness to the interstate and to Morgantown.

Slow service. Staff not dressed professionally¿tank tops, tshirts without name tags. No coffee or hot water in the evening. No water in the morning¿ had to BUY water from vending machine to take care of morning hygiene and to make coffee in the room.

Clean, up to date and QUIET. Appreciated accommodating travellers with pets but the fee was surprisingly high for one night compared to what other pet friendly hotels charge.

The $30 rate charged for the one night stay for a small dog was too high - a little greedy. I understand that not all dogs are the same but no trace of our dog was left. Stayed four nights at the Hampton Inn in Tarpon Springs FL - the cost was only $--.

Convenient location (Off the I79 Interstate) for my driving trip.

The blackout curtains in my room could not be closed. I prefer to open my room up to sunlight when I get ready to. I don't know why they were there except for the aesthetics. Why would you hang black out curtains that can't block out the sun?

Clean newer hotel with nice hot breakfast.

Noise from hallways/other rooms passes easily through thin doors.
