The cleanliness

I booked a room with 2 beds and handicap accessible. In the photos I showed a shower chair. I didn’t have either one of those things so I had to go purchase a shower chair and an air mattress for my fiance to use and my children. No towels/wash cloths

Location

I took my tv remote to the front desk an hour after I checked in. I informed the young woman at the desk that the remote did not work. Her response: ?You don?t need a remote. Just use the buttons on the side of the tv.? Yikes.

Very kind and receptive staff.

Cleanliness of hall and staircase needed vacuuming. Temperature of room was too hot.

Very friendly staff, nice large suite. We encountered some rough weather, called the front desk to explain our situation. The front desk manager graciously checked in and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.

Our plumbing stopped working and our bathroom door had a huge crack and was beginning to come apart. The tv needed to be reset each time we wanted to watch it.

Convenience

The couch cushions stained and so was the pull out mattress to couch! The handicap accessible rooms do not need tubs just a walk in shower with safety bars. Bathroom when couple staying needs 2 washcloths 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for each person!

The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

The locks and key cards did not work well. The tv wasn¿t working (no signal; check antenna connection). Toilet would run every couple minutes all night. No help from front desk when I reported problems.

Very good rate and great hotel. cloase to a plaza. have restaurant near by. very convinient. Very good breakfast.

Clean room and close to restaurants. Convenient to tje highway.

We liked that they allowed dogs and that it was convenient.

Our room needed a deep cleaning -- there was debris under the bedskirt. Cleaning and new towels was supposed to occur every three days but ours was pushed back to four days. Breakfast was OK.

The location, and conveience of restaurants and stores close by the hotel.

Mattresses were awful, need replacing...Fridge did not have a knob for temperature control. I went to the front desk and they gave me a knob to set the temperature and asked that I bring it back as the knobs were missing for many of the fridges! Really?!

The reception/front desk are exceptional. The accessible facilities are excellent.

TV and wifi wiring are a huge mess - all tangled and hanging down from the back of the TV. TV "clicker" is overly complicated. A little heavy on the disinfectant. Perhaps someone had been smoking in the room? A

Close to the highway and the bed and towels were clean

The breakfast options were deplorable, there was no hairdryer in the room and we had to almost beg at the front desk to get one to use (and we had to promptly return it to the front desk), there was an empty salad container left in the closet¿.it was gto

A/C unit below room 209 was very noisy. Thin walls.

The 24 hour available juice and coffee. The bed was comfortable. Pets allowed.

Was not the cleanest. Hot breakfast was not great! Coffee was old and not hot. Breakfast sandwich was frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The eggs and potatoes that was available was not palatable. Just not what I would call a full hot breakfast as I was told

Location

The hotel room and furniture was covered in dust. We put our cell phones down and pick them up and we can see how much dirt was on the furniture. There was some type of something on both bed skirts, possibly mold. Broken toilet

Location was the best thing about this hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Walls are paper thin. I heard kid coughing and phone buzzing all night in the room next to us. Room decor seems old and dingy.

Clean rooms, adequate breakfast, close to eating places, friendly staff and good location.

The hotel was great - especially at this price point, and location easy to access, but the area around the hotel has lots of eating places but is somewhat under construction

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and rooms amenities.

The room was a little in the smaller end but it does not take away from the positives of this stay.
