OLD, SMELLY, STAINS ON BED LINENS, DRAPES, CARPET, TOWELS, ETC! MUSTY/OLD SMOKERS SMELL!

Breakfast was pretty good. Sausage patties and egg. Put on English muffin for a sandwich.

Double beds arent queen beds...

Location was good

Almost everything…room had a door with adjacent room and everything in that room was audible. Bathroom door was broken, exhaust fan didnt work, iron stand was broken, microwave was very old and didnt work as expected. The breakfast lady was very rude.

The price was good and the breakfast was acceptable.

The lobby and my room were filthy dirty. The carpet was not even swept. There were maintenance issues. The sink and shower were not draining. The USB plug in did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone.

Furnishings in room were very soiled (i.e.- loveseat), toilet lid cracked/broken, toilet seat discolored and finish blistered, towels were frayed and discolored, questioned cleanliness of bed linens?

It was clean but not spotless. There was an odor and it tub faucet handle was broke

They had washers and dryers which was incredibly helpful.

The front desk staff, 2 out of the 3 were rude and dismissive and raised his voice at me because I didn’t answer the phone while I was at work. (We extended but apparently he didn’t get that memo before he was calling me all morning and I couldn’t answer.

The beds were comfortable

The pool was closed and has been for pass 4 years according to staff when we checked in but when call shared they said it was open

The staff has been awesome. From front desk to housekeeping and to the continental breakfast staff. The continental breakfast was so much better than most places I stay at..? they had a variety of donuts and bagels, pancakes, and cereals, hot items

The breakfast hot items was an egg patty and sausage patty. The OJ was diluted. The breakfast gal was disgruntled!

It stunk, very unclean, staff very unfriendly. Will not stay there again!

Worker knocked once and tried to inter room didn't have a TV for 2 days kept asking didn't get it knew room got 4 night and payed to much only got 2 dollars off

It's price, but now I know that cheaper sometimes means too cheap. The room seemed fairly clean.

Smelled must. Lobby and hall carpets were VERY stained and dirty. Said it had a fitness center, didn't. Said it had a pool, it was closed "for the season"...... in AUGUST! None of the ice machine worked and there wasn't anywhere to get water.

Location. Staff was pleasant and friendly

In my room the toilet seat was missing the nuts that secure the seat.

This hotel was absolutely horrific.It smelled terrible,the sheets,fridge,microwave,bathroom,the WHOLE ROOM was dirty and disgusting, the staff was weird and unhelpful,and the breakfast was disgusting, old,and had no taste/flavor AT ALL.Horrible experience

Breakfast employees were friendly. Great heat, never chilly. Loved the 60's diner next door, there was even a paved path

Filthy. We slept in our clothes without covers. We put our dirty clothes over the pillows before we lay down our heads and we didn¿t dare shower. We wouldn¿t have even stayed had we not been completely exhausted. It was too cold to sleep in our car.

The hotel was ok for the night . The smell of marijuana was so strong coming from the room next to us . Also we were put in a handicap room my husband is over six foot and could not stand under the shower.
