Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of damage throughout hotel. Mold above shower. Other family member who were staying there had ants in room. The hotel needs some money put into it.

Did not get any sleep. The walls ate thinner than paper thin and I could hear the people in the room next to me with their children having a conversation and kids screaming without even putting my ear to the wall. I could even hear them using the microwav

The location proximity to our event was ideal.

This hotel needs a lot of TLC. It smelled, was dirty and many broken things. I was glad it was for only one night.

Wasn?t very clean, internet was out and also couldn?t watch tv as the internet screen would not go away and there was a live mouse running around kitchen and breakfast area so I didn?t eat breakfast

Some of the rooms are a little outdated but very clean. Not much to complain about.

No remote for tv in room after 2 hrs and 5 trip to front desk they found a remote After all of that the tv didn¿t work and no one on site to fix tv never staying here again

The hotel was very close to the school my team was playing a tournament at. Great location for resturants, also. Staff was friendly.

The room was very dusty. The tv stand/tables and bathroom counter needed wiped down. Shower rod was very rusty.

The price vs the convenience. Close enough to Charleston to be comfortable and convenient to travel to, but half the price of the hotels in the city proper.

Some corners seem to be cut as far as thorough cleaning go, but nothing overall concerning or particularly bad.

I'd like to see the checkout time be later if you don't get to check in til midnight or after. Also there was a dirty hand towel that was left under the bathroom vanity that was visible when you sat on the toilet, made me question the cleanliness.

Sheets were never changed, Bath room vanity was never cleaned, bath floor was never swept or moped trash can emptied only one time ice bucket never emptied hair dryer and electric outlet didn't work. Hall way carpet had stains and smelled.

Clean, comfy, wifi, waffles, eggs, hash browns, sausage, Mexican restaurant short walk behind, great margaritas and burritos.

Allowed pets

The room smelled terrible and had mold growing on the curtains, walls, and ceiling.
