Close to where i was going

Water pressure was horrible, huge gap in room door,

Staff was very nice, location is good and away from traffic, breakfast was very good and pool and fitness room were nice.

The morning staff went above and beyond for us. We had a problem and they not only solved the problem but recompensed us for the inconvenience. The view was awesome too

The bed and pillows werenice.

The shower had soap scum and hair on the walls.

Modern, comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

Cleanliness of room. There were large paw prints on our window. The shelf, front, and handle of the refrigerator was dirty. Fingerprints on light sockets and doors. There was also something splashed on the wood on the side of the bed. Room 222.

Staff, location, and the breakfast bar was fantastic.

The hotel stood on top of hill away from the road. Really nice views from our room. Staff was all so very nice and helpful. My husband took me here to celebrate my birthday. Such a nice present it was. Will stay here if ever in area again.

Location was good. Check in was easy.

The bed was caving in, in the middle. Seemed like the mattress springs were broken. The bathroom wasn¿t that clean. There was toothpaste on the wall from before we got there. And hair on the floor.

I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice this hotel was! They followed all pandemic safety measures with sanitizer stations, gloves, sealed room doors as well as staff wearing their mask. The staff was friendly. Our room was large and so clean!

I have no complaints at all and highly recommend this hotel!

Just hotub and pool closed due to covid-19

The pool was nice but the water could have been warmer. The room was nice & the refrigerator & microwave came in handy.

Our room wasn’t cleaned after our first night’s stay.

The second room was clean and had the correct accommodations for my party. Manager was nice when I spoke to her about our experience with the first room and the night shift checkin person.

The night person who checked us in was terrible.Gave our room away before we got there despite us calling and confirming we’d be late twice earlier in the day. Did not wear mask during entire interaction (worked with us about 2 hours) was around his nec

Staff was very friendly. They seemed to have good protocols in place for COVID. View was amazing!

The drain in the shower was clogged, but was fixed as soon as we asked. The beds were not the most comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. All staff courteous and helpful.

Very clean and easy to access

The jacuzzi/hot tub was broken and wouldn’t turn on, the night shift manager gave me bath rugs when I asked for extra towels. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and need replaced. Would not stay here again.

Cleanliness and convenience

Was a little annoyed about getting a room by the elevator, as it stated in my profile I prefer not to be by an elevator.

We loved the bedding and the amazing breakfast!!

Well the heater wasn't very comfortable

The manager assures is he would issue a refund after a horrible experience with rude staff. It never happened.

Rude staff, terrible management- a waste of money.

The Hampton Inn Elkins is an obviously well managed hotel property. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff Rooms and facilities are immaculate. The breakfast options offered are exceptional in quantity and quality. The hotel is an excellent value.
