The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Very helpful too.

The rooms could be a little cleaner, mostly just grime and dirt where the walls meet the floors. The bed and tub were fine however.

Absolutely nothing.

The people who stay on my floor lived there and had multiple kids that they se t to school every morning. The whole 2nd floors smell like weed so bad I had to hold my breath to get to my room. The shower barely sprayed water...the list goes on.

Staff was great.

Needs to be up dated. Pics do not match the room. Air conditioning sounded like it was going to break.

Front desk gave someone a key to our room @1:33 am by accident so woke up to strangers.

Close to every thing

The lighting was not bright an air-conditioning needed to be fixed

everything. rude and unhelpful staff. dirty sheets. no cold water and broken ac unit.

My room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator #309

Located near railroad. Train horn quite loud. Air cond. quite noisy when starting and shutting off.

The lady at the front desk when I arrived, was exceptional! She made my check-in very pleasurable.

The TV remote did not work. The receptionist tried to exchange it but none of the ones I was given worked. I had to leave it on the entire time I stayed.

They have Jacuzzi rooms

There were bugs n then my laundry was stolen out of the laundry room. And then kicked me out the next morning

I didn't like being got off guard with the $100.00 deposit I didn't know about that is still pending on my credit card from Saturday !

Jett bathtub

There was dirt or something coming out of there.Pipes for the jetted bathtub, a lot of bubbles with dirt

Location and the friendless of some staff members.

This is NOT a 2Star hotel let alone a 1Star. By definition of 2Star the hotel is suppose to have a means of snack and drinks, even if its by machine. The machines stayed out of order during my entire stay. There more but my comments are is limited.

The room was full of Nats and flies. I spent all night trying to get them. There was no breakfast as advertised. The location is horrible to get to and spent over thirty minutes trying to get into the parking lot. The shower did not work water was cold
