Pros +
- The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was exceptional in the on-site restaurant. The wings were better than what you would find at a restaurant that specializes in wings. If I?m in town again and want wings, I?m going to HGI.
- Nothing. Very disappointed with our experience at Hilton.
- Beds were very comfortable and room was extremely clean
Cons -
- Charging us $100 as a deposit against damages since we were local seemed a little much. My wife and I are both above 55 and are not partiers. We simply needed a place to stay for a couple of nights because we were in the process of moving from the area.
- Our first room was dirty, floor was sticky. Switched rooms. Originally booked the hotel for amenities, none of which were operating. The pool, hot tub, restaurant, and lounge were not open. I cancelled the second night we had booked and went elsewhere.
- Coffee not strong but good.
