Hilton Garden Inn Clarksburg Bridgeport

Staff was very pleasant and helpful especially the evening front desk associate. The evening bartender was also friendly and made great drinks.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was exceptional in the on-site restaurant. The wings were better than what you would find at a restaurant that specializes in wings. If I?m in town again and want wings, I?m going to HGI.

Charging us $100 as a deposit against damages since we were local seemed a little much. My wife and I are both above 55 and are not partiers. We simply needed a place to stay for a couple of nights because we were in the process of moving from the area.

Nothing. Very disappointed with our experience at Hilton.

Our first room was dirty, floor was sticky. Switched rooms. Originally booked the hotel for amenities, none of which were operating. The pool, hot tub, restaurant, and lounge were not open. I cancelled the second night we had booked and went elsewhere.

Beds were very comfortable and room was extremely clean

Pet fee was too high it was $75 per pet

The hot tub and pool are well kept and pleasant. They are currently renovating their dining area, but the disturbance was minimal. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Room descriptions when booking were arbitrary so I really had no idea what to book. Calling g a room "revolution" does not explain anything and the photos did not help. We had a mountain view which turned out to be a view of the Burger King.

They are under construction for refurb. That is a touch messy. It is all a bit worn looking so the refurb is needed. However, it is a bit unpleasant to be in a facility that is in the middle of a refurb. W

The location was excellent- easy access. Staff were friendly and professional.

Cleanand price

Shingles flew off the roof and cracked my window and scratched my paint. Hotel staff nothing we can do about it. Sorry.

Inside hot tub and pool. Easy check in and out.

Could use little more ventilation in pool area. Chlorine sell.

Had to change rooms when we arrived, cover on bed was soaked in bleached so I laid down in it and my shorts got soaked and were ruined by the next day, so staff switched our room immediately. Spa jets not operating and was closed on weekends.

Friendly staff. Nicely appointed room. Several restaurants to choose from nearby after a long day on the road.

The best and probably one of the most important things about any hotel stay is the Staff, and I have to say the staff at this hotel were fantastic. And I mean everybody! The rooms were clean the lobby was impeccable even the parking lot was clean!

There was nothing negative I could say about our stay, we will be back if we need to be in the area again.

Pool was closed because a part broke and could not be repaired.

It's close to shopping and dining.

Tg6e restaurant only offers pizza and wings and they close on the weekends. I'm thinking this is largely due to COVID-19.

It was very clean. Everything was sanitized so I felt safe.

The second day I was there the front clerk was not helpful causing me to rebook my reservation online.
