- We were stranded in Chicago due to flight delays and Hotel employee was very gracious and helpful with our arrangements due to tardiness.
- The staff was fantastic.
- Location. Nice room. To follow up on comments below, we literally had to ask strangers if they would drive us to the hotel.
Cons -
- No
- We chose this hotel due to the fact it had an airport shuttle with it. When we landed at the airport at 9:45 pm we called the hotel and they stated it wasn't running that day. There were no Uber rides available and no cabs available.
