Location is good. Rooms are very comfy and clean, shower is excellent! Also like the later check out and breakfast availability.
Prices were a bit high ($140 for two queen beds) but it also offers breakfast and later check out so it worked out fine

Comfortable clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast! Nice beds.
Receptionist at check in was grumpy and had an attitude! Very poor interaction with us which is not acceptable!

The room was very nice and clean. It was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The parking lot was a bit rough. Old broken bus in the back. Parts of the building roped off from damage and possible repairs.

We were there for the Rascal Flatts concert. The staff was amazing. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very happy ?

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at this year! I will always stay here when traveling through Charleston now. It was so clean, quiet and the breakfast was wonderful. Even the coffee was great. I felt like I was home. Kudos to the staff and their service.

The facility was exceptional. I requested a handicap accessible room and it was perfect. Plenty of parking. The room was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and plentiful.
