The staff

Two times the police were on grounds for criminal activity. Watched two individuals exit what appeared to be their room through the window at 2am. That being said, I felt safe throughout my stay.

Room was clean.

No coffee!!! Not many other anmenities

Speedy check in with friendly staff.

The very poor mattress, neither of us were able to sleep well.

The location to restaurants, etc. good. The rooms are very spacious and decorated very nicely.

Room was not ready at 8:00 pm. This was after we gave them 3 hours from the time we checked in. It smelled of smoke when we entered. The cleaning staff appeared to be under the influence of some mind altering substance. Toilet paper is extremely thin.

No one at front desk, went to dinner came back later to check in. Smoking room (I don¿t smoke). Stayed 2 days and no maid service. Way past due for updating.

Convenient location, quiet - not many other guests here, and economical. Clerk is on site.

All furnishings were very old and showed extensive wear. Mold and dirt in bathroom, overall the hotel showed an unkept appearance. Mattress was sagging with old bedspread. Smell of smoke in the room and strong smell in the bathroom,coming out of vents.

I booked my room on line, got there 30 min later to be told they have no rooms available. I had to drive another hour and 45 min home late at night, such a horrible experience. Your on line service needs to be updated when something like this happens

I do not have a single good thing to say about this abhorrent experience.

NEVER STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING RIP-OFF TRASH-HOLE!!!!! The staff were incompetent and unhelpful, have stolen money from and refuse to return it, and overall made every part of this process tedious. My "non smoking" room smelled smokier than a Vegas casino.

There were bugs in bed sheets not clean napkin was between sheet and blanket room stunk and i held room with my debit card told them wanted to pay cash when i got there and they still harged to card which put me in the negative

I was double charged for the room because your website allowed me to book a room. Then I had to use my card anyway and neither charge was ever refunded.

room was absolutely disgusting. Completely trashed Broken stained furniture, scratches all over the wall, hair stuck on the blanket, and The carpet had multiple stains. Not to mention the TV barely worked.

Failed to clean room after first night, failed to clean room 2d night until I called front desk.

Price and location were the best features for us. The room itself was great for the money. Good size room (#142) with a comfy king size bed, couch, desk, fridge and microwave. The bath area needed some serious updating but functioned as needed.

The parking area for our room wasn't the best and the lot surface needs repair. This is an old motel needing renovation. It served our purpose though.

The pillows on the bed had no pillow cases on them and they were stained and very disgusting. The bathroom floor had long black strands of hair on it, and other objects. Their was no heat on in the room in Early March in Wis. Took over 2 hour to warm up.

I feel it was good for the price we paid.. good​ location.. gentleman at desk was very accommodating..room temperature good..bed pretty comfortable..

There were 3 metal pieces protruding from bed that need to be cut off..manager was notified.. noisy running refrigerator but grateful for having one..slow running sink

The hotel room was very dirty, the owner tried to charge me twice, and the first room he gave me had someone sleeping in it.

The room was filthy, the carpet was so badly stained it was disgusting. Looked like someone had spilled something that created a stain in the carpet that you could not cover with a towel. The bed sheets had yellow stains. The room had a terrible smell.

There was nothing good.

The other guests had nightly parties with Saturday's lasting all day and all night. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the room to go get ice because the male guests were always seen with a case of beer sitting next to them. Our was not cleaned.
