- The location and staff were great.
- Place is a dump. Parking lot full of immigrants getting drunk. Place is actually scary!
Cons -
- We didn't have a key card to let ourselves into our room. The first night we were there the bathroom sink flooded out into our room. The heater hardly worked and we barely had hot water. It was the worst weekend we've had in Rapids.
- You had to ask for clean towels, linen change, toilet paper.
- Room smelled like urine. Towels and bed linens not clean, carpet stained. No cabinet floor under sink, water damage. Furniture stained.

The location and staff were great.
We didn't have a key card to let ourselves into our room. The first night we were there the bathroom sink flooded out into our room. The heater hardly worked and we barely had hot water. It was the worst weekend we've had in Rapids.

Rooms were pitiful. Sagging mattress, dirty carpet, no kleenex, poor lighting.
