Cobblestone Hotel & Suties - Wisconsin Rapids

The spa was dirty , very dirty in the room. After multiple rinses and fills it kept having black specs spitting out of the pipes. The second spa was too loud to use by the time I got a room change m.

We stayed 3 days. Hotel replaced towels and fixed beds on first day. But no service after that throughout the stay.

We wanted a hotel with hot tub - the website did not state that it was out of order - front desk just laughed

Breakfast, people, pool, room

Happy hot tub was working but bubbles not working. The halls had a smell to them. I think the rugs should be replaced or cleaned. The rugs I think were giving off the odor.

There was no hand soap in my two rooms. The hotel was completely out of hand soap. We we told to use the body wash. Both rooms were out of bodywash. We told to use the shampoo. One room was out of shampoo. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. The GM DID NOT CALL ME.

Very quiet room. We attending a memorial service and other families were in separate rooms.

Location and parking were good.

Older building with old faucets and toilets. Lounge area small and carpet appears old.

The breakfast was great. Eggs and sausage were great.

Our room had a handicap bathroom. No tub just a shower. We did not ask for handicap room and were not told when we checked in it was handicap.

Friendly staff, but extremely disappointed that our whirlpool tub inside our room was not able to be used due to needing repair. Also the wall heating/cooling unit did not work properly and the furniture was old and knicks on corners of the walls etc.

The front desk person forgot to specify the different breakfast hours for weekdays and so when we got up for breakfast at 9:30AM we noticed there was no food available to which we were told it ends at 9AM on weekdays but 10AM on weekends.Read the abovebox

Location is convenient and they offered a hot breakfast.

Shower/ Bathtub did not drain an furniture had cup marks. Not properly sanitizing rooms.

The staff were very polite and friendly. I had a king bed that came with a whirlpool at no extra charge and was very spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and the free breakfast was good.

Continental breakfast was very nice and a wide variety of food.

The pool was freezing to the point we couldn¿t let my daughter go on. We had to let her play in the bath instead because she was so upset. We also found dirty/used boxers in our hotel room - that were not ours but a previous person that stayed in the room

I loved watching the staff try to catch a loose dog running down the hall.

It was pretty gross. Stains on the pillow cases. Hairs all over the beds...not mine. Front desk woman smoked right out the front door and blew the smoke in to the hotel on the way in. Milk at breakfast was 4 days old. Standing water while showering.

Wonderful breakfast--great variety of food choices. Easy to locate, good location - near restaurants. Laundry facility available. Temp in hot tub good.

WIFI available but not working.

It was easy to find, had roomy rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great! Something for everyone to get going for the day. Although we didn't have time to use the indoor pool, it looked awesome! And check-in and check-out was fast and easy.
