Pros +

• Very quiet area, very friendly management. As we were checking out he helped us get an ear bud that got dropped into the sink drain out. Just a very nice and helpful man.
• Close to my concert destination,decent rates.
• Bed was comfortable and was close to the concert we attended. Nice staff and quiet room.

Cons -

• Was some occasional loud banging in the middle of the night.
• The overall condition of the room. Rust spots on the sheets from old beds stains on carpet old peeling floors and walls. The lock was a lock that could be picked with a butter knife. At least the hotel staff was nice
• Room was not as advertised. Beds were smaller Than the beds in my reservation, television did not work, toilet wouldn¿t flush and kept overflowing, burn marks in the blankets and carpet, no Wi-Fi and staff barely on site. Horrible experience.
