Three Bears Waterpark Resort Near Tomah, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Staff and amenities were good.

The only available air conditioning at this resort was in the actual individual rooms. The lobby, eating areas, game rooms, etc. were very hot, it was cooler being outside. Indoor pool was fine, but won't stay in summer again.

The Room was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was extremely hot throughout except for the room we stayed in. The morning was to have a buffet breakfast however no chefs showed up for work to prepare the service. This was poor for this type of operation. Needs some key areas fixed.

None of the dining options were open, check in was 2 hours late, staff were unhelpful and crabby, only amenity listed that was actually operational was the waterpark.

The only reason we chose to stay at this hotel was because of their water park with over a 2.5 drive.Their website was not clear at all for open hours for the pool/waterpark. Their apology was ?we tried calling you but didn?t have a phone number.?

It was clean and staff was kind and helpful. The water park was closed but we went to the arcade and used one of the fire pits and that was fun and relaxing.

The air conditioner in the room was too cold and the front desk could not get ahold of anyone from maintenance.

Quiet, paved trails around hotel campus, room was very clean and well maintained (not carpeted, hard wood floor)

No coffee maker in room (odd), the water park was closed Mon-Thursday, would have been nice to know that when we booked room.

Everything was closed or broken, found a cockroach in our room and many more issues

Fun waterpark, clean rooms at a reasonable rate.

More innertubes in the water park. We spent some time waiting for one to come available. Not enough wait staff in the restaurant on Friday night. No shelves to keep clothes dry when changing in waterpark lockeroom. Phone unanswered.

It was not busy and overcrowded.

The water park did not meet our expectations. I have explained it as a very low quality Great Wolf Lodge. It appears to be a copy cat of Great Wolf but the restaurants/cafe being closed made dining options difficult.

Location that’s about it. Staff was not competent.

Are reservation was all messed up. They had us checking in a day earlier so canceled and charged us as a no show. When we arrived it took them an hour to get us our rooms and then charged us incorrectly. They would not give us towels for water park

Location & scenery.

Beds made creaking noises at every move, would wake one up when rolling over during sleep. Bathtub drain did not drain well during shower. Had 3 inches of water during shower. Very pricey for this under rated place.

The area was secluded and beautiful and peaceful.

The lifeguards were pretty inattentive. Just stayed at a water park in the Dells and there is a HUGE difference in employee quality.

Beds were uncomfortable. Room showed its age. Wallpaper coming off wall. Screen for patio was off track. Water park was so so. Hot tub was only warm. Rough rocks digging in back when trying to relax. Drew blood when getting out from rough surface.

There is so many things to do with my kids & the staff was very friendly. It was a fun experience.

Our floor in our room was a little dirty & we found a dirty diaper in a drawer where the blankets were for the pull out.

Everyone was fantastic! We went during the April snow storm and got stuck in the parking lot. 3 workers came to our rescue and helped dig us out.

My kids of course loved the waterpark. I liked that our room had a fridge and microwave so that we could bring our own food. Not much nearby. The hotel itself is nice and lots to do on property

The indoor water park was very convenient.

The hallways and elevator where very hot and not very clean. No continental breakfast.

Nothing. It was over priced and under staffed.

Bad location. Lack of amenities. Over priced. Short staffed.

NO WiFi (hotel description of wifi is INCORRECT) Fire alarm was accidentally activated at 1 AM and it took 40 minutes until the alarms shut off. There was no hotel staff organization or communication during this time.
