Indoor pool & long hours it was open

There was hair in the shower, prior to anyone in our group using the shower

The rooms were clean and the staff was responsive and nice.

The hot tub was out of order and has been for at least the last two weeks and the pool is dirty.

Very Clean and the hotel night manager was very helpful when I told him of the clogged bathroom sink. He serviced it right away and very quickly. The breakfast was very good too. Hotel had a pool and Jacuzzi very nice. I would stay here again.

Initial appearance of the room was nice and clean, there was nothing to complain about on that matter, unfortunately understaffed

the first morning I awoke to my door opened and propped open with the deadbolt, I got up and left for the day and returned to it the same way, unfortunately, no housekeeping was done, and my property was left vulnerable while I was gone...

I was happy to reserve a room at your hotel with a pool for me, my 16 year old grandson and his buddy. They enjoyed themselves, especially in the pool. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast.

very smelly room covered with air freshener. crumbs under the bed the dog found. The dog was sick for the next 2 days. The carpet definitely needs a cleaning and the wallpaper was loose at the top of the wall.

Pool hot tub area clean and nice. Breakfast was nice they leave some things out 24 hrs which was great.

Noise was terrible we were on end and door would slam loud when people went in and out. Someone kept walking their sick dog up and down hallway with it hacking at 6 am till 9am and then last day someone across us had lock sawed off 7am sucked

It met our location needs

Room was clean and fine. Was dated with moisture wear. Lack of exhaust fan in bath was the culprit. As with all heat/air conditioning units in room...loud and constant cycling on/off.

I was charged for my service dog and the 1st floor is for dogs so that is not right nor fair

The beds were crap

The staff, and improved breakfasts, were excellent!

The only challenge, was their use of plastic room keys. I required service with these multiple times. This has been an issue for the last several years when I have stayed there.

CLEAN ROOMS, VERY GOOD BREAKFAST

WATERLINE OF POOL AND HOT TUB WAS DIRTY,POOL WAS COLD AND HOT TUB WAS OUT OF ORDER AND NOT FIXED WHILE WE WERE THERE.

Breakfast was excellent. I was surprised as the variety of items. The little bar is a nice touch especially after a long day of travel.

They'll automatically charge you for safe rental so be sure to scrutinize your bill. Front desk person was most accommodating in removing the charge. Website indicated there wasn't a fitness center however I found out there was one.

I think the price of $-- per night is exceeding high for this facility. I travel throughout the Midwest, and have for years, and find much better values in other locations. even more populous than Tomahawk, WI.
