Pool not heated. Pool area cold. Remote for TV glitching.

Honestly I didn?t enjoy my stay I was told to whisper the first day I came in and threaten about the cops being called and my deposit taken if I can?t do that than I will lose the money I spent was crazy

I thought I picked a perfect hotel until it turned in too the worst stay I ever had.

Convenient location off the highway. Dedicated Breakfast area attendant. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Security cameras. Reasonably clean rooms in the usual use areas. Public areas are very clean.

No elevator. Pool is overly visible from the lobby & hallway. Room edges & Air filters not cleaned in a while. Front Desk Staff were professional, but not very welcoming. Mid-hallway in front of Rm 221 is giving way. Tight & tiny toilet/tub/shower room.

We really had a lot of fun at the pool. The breakfast host was superb. They also had a device: to lower people with disabilities into the pool.

I have too many children and had to book an additional room for them.

what I liked best about the hotel was the Location, it was very close to the expressway. it made it easy to get back home.

on the day I checked in, around 10:00pm. my TV GOES OUT when I called the front desk she told me, THERE IS NO ONE available to help me with my problem. I had to pack & put my clothes on to move to another room !!

The location and comfortable beds.

The room reeked of cigarettes. The man in the breakfast room was rude. I expected to see news on the tv when I ate breakfast. Instead my 80-year old father, 16-year old daughter had to watch & listen to back dancer gyrating. Totally inappropriate on many.

Closeness to the interstate and the baseball tournament that we were there to attend.

It was more like a motel. Very sticky dirty carpets in the room, no elevator, guests cooking dinner on a gas frying pan right outside the back door on the sidewalk!!

Small rooms, no hot tub (as seen in pictures)and the air didn't work in our room.

The staff was helpful, and when I had to leave early, they were understanding.

No, I was close to my class, they were friendly, the breakfast was edible, and although they were short staffed, everyone was accommodating.

The bathroom was dirty. Blood on toilet seat. Pen behind bathroom door. Little pieces of toilet paper on floor. Coffee maker had pod left in thing. No usb outlets in lab or wall. Most decent hotels have had that for yrs.

Booked because of having a whirlpool when we got there no whirlpool it was taken out even tho fliers and web says they do did not accommodate us wasn¿t really busy and had whirlpool suites open but wanted us to pay more for there mess

Room next to ours was smoking pot. Room #215. Stunk up the hallway. Once during the day and once later at night, both days.

It was clean and quiet, had a newly built feel to it.

the front desk lady was outstanding! She upgraded us to a hot tub room for $17 more.

very clean,quiet, qnd friendly staff always. Stay here everytime monthy to visit my elderly mother who lives close by to this motel. Love the location, rooms, exercise room and pool/whirlpool too! have a great breakfast too. Highly recommend this motel!

Easy to find just off the highway

It's great they have a coin-operated washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry. What was not great is some thoughtless guess decided to do laundry at 1:00 am in the morning. My room was nearby the laundry and made a racket for the next two hours.

I like how clean room was including bath Tub.

Clean, conveniently located, green staff.

The person at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good. Very pleasant experience
