It was clean.

No coffee pot in room. Front desk staff struggled speaking English. AC unit didn’t run with constant fan so room was too quiet letting other rooms and outside noises to disrupt rest and sleep.

Everything was modern and convenient.

The hallway had a bad odor on the second floor. The room did not smell.

Front desk people were very helpful but cleaning staff were NOT responsive at all.

Requested our rooms to be cleaned, (failed even though were not in rooms when asked.) Asked for garbage bags to help keep room clean. Asked room vacummed. Were kicked out of rooms even though paid in advance and charged extra cleaning fees

The staff were great and very helpful.

Our first room has glass on the floor. It looked like the previous guests had broken a glass bottle in the entry way of the room. My daughter found it after getting a shower and coming into the room with no shoes on.

When we got there they gave us a key for the wrong room. When we realized the key didnt work we went down to the front desk and they told us to pull the door handle closer and try again. we did that, and a lady came out of the room and told her she was

The location was great! It¿s by interstate to quickly get to Chicago and restaurants with gas stations and coffee shops. The breakfast was excellent with so many options and a polite staff that was waiting to help you.

The pool was dirty and needed cleaning. The television worked with some difficulty and the air conditioner and heater was difficult to use it would only work on AC and very low setting.

That it was clean and in a good location for us.

The walls are very thin. We could hear people in the hallway talking. There was a group of wedding guests staying there may be that was the cause for the noise.

Clean, new facilities. Nice overall value for the rating and location near Madison.

The room had an HVAC unit near the window that was somewhat noisy. If we turned it off, the room would get stuffy. If we left it on, it would make noise in the night while we slept.

Clean, quiet, good location.

Friendly staff, lobby was nice to visit with family.

They were out of soap.

The rooms are clean and updated, but beware¿only once trash can between bedroom/bathroom and no microwave the room.

New, clean. Good location.

One of the smallest rooms I¿ve experienced in a very long time. No coffee maker, no closets, no microwave. The refrigerator is nice for left overs or carry out but if you can¿t heat the food up, it¿s not much help.

New so clean. No hot tub and very small pool.

Way overpriced for a small uncomfortable dorm style room.

They only clean the rooms every third day. I wish they would have told me that at check-in

Staff were great and greeted everyone as they came in no matter the time.

It was simple. Easy to navigate and was close to everything I needed.
