- The staff were great and very helpful.
- The location was great! It¿s by interstate to quickly get to Chicago and restaurants with gas stations and coffee shops. The breakfast was excellent with so many options and a polite staff that was waiting to help you.
- That it was clean and in a good location for us.
Cons -
- Our first room has glass on the floor. It looked like the previous guests had broken a glass bottle in the entry way of the room. My daughter found it after getting a shower and coming into the room with no shoes on.
- When we got there they gave us a key for the wrong room. When we realized the key didnt work we went down to the front desk and they told us to pull the door handle closer and try again. we did that, and a lady came out of the room and told her she was
- The pool was dirty and needed cleaning. The television worked with some difficulty and the air conditioner and heater was difficult to use it would only work on AC and very low setting.
