The breakfast was amazing and so many options.

The room could have been cleaned better. There was something disgusting on the wall which should have been cleaned off by the staff.

Staff was VERY helpful. Good layout to the hotel and had a good breakfast

Pool was very warm and my kids loved that. The breakfast was a wonderful variety too!

Our TV didn?t have any channels. I let the staff know when we checked out.

Nice facility, nearby places to eat and nice spa/pool.

No breakfast food at hotel.

We love staying here. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are pretty nice, the breakfast food selection is very good, the pool is nice, and they let you use the Anytime Fitness down the street for no charge.

Minor issue, the other entrances to the building did not work properly so we had to park out front and I couldn't see my car from my window then.

I had asked about early departure due to an unexpected child event and they wouldnt let me even though the lady said we could tell them 3 days prior in the off season. I would appreciate even a credit for a future stay.

Was very close to the basketball gym and stores and fast food near by

The hot tub has been out for months they claimed.i don't do much swimming but I stayed with you because it said hot tub. People at the desk claimed hotel is too cheap to get it fixed. They raised the rates for us to stay there. Shameful Shame

Convenient

Yes the fact that i go to book a well below average room for --- a night and then they know they can raise prices because people are coming and then charge me ---a night a room right before i puch reserve. But on ur website it said ---

Staff was great very friendly quiet location

locks on the door didn't work well and should have been fixed immediately. It did not happen during my stay.

Room & pool area. Breakfast was also good.

The price. I felt this hotel was overpriced for the area. We needed a hotel last minute in the area, and choose this hotel, and I didn't have time to find something that was priced more with industry.

I had a 1-year-old child with me and garbage was left under beds, other than that everything else was fine

Room was nice and clean. Staff was amazing.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Only hot was waffles. Nothing for a diabetic to eat. Everything was sugar and carbs.

The General Manager  is awesome. The front desk staff is awesome.

The housekeeping manager is terrible employee. He was very aggressive and rude.

I loved the location! The friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, and the pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay again.

There was a tad too much chlorine in the hot tub. Burned the eyes a bit.

The bed was very comfy, and the sheets super soft.

Check-in took too long, and the clerk didn¿t seem to know what she was doing.

The bed was comfy and breakfast was ok. Not the variety I'm accustomed at the other Quality Inns I've stayed at but it was still good

The front desk personal was juggling multiple things at once at seemed frustrated.... lack of staffing my be a reason which is understandable during this time period.

Nothing. We didn't stay for obvious health and safety reasons. The lobby desk clerk couldn't offer any assistance. He said it was obvious why they had many customer cancellations. This place has so many violations it should be torn down and replaced.

The outside door to the entry area was insecure. The only window to the room was broken out and replaced with plywood, exposed common screws and a small not code non egress vinyl slider window. We could not stay. Homeless people sat around outside.
