Easy access to Sister Bay
smelled wet. unlocked door by the pool til 10pm. room cleaning unreliable. Ceiling tiles replaced, creating huge mess and obstacles during breakfast rush. mostly cleaned up carpet but doors and knobs were full of dust. One key per room. Staff lied to us.
Absolutely zero help when we got there only to find out they did not have our reservation. Employee was closing front desk tor the night. Made it clear she was not going to help us.

Breakfast area was very small
Very sweet motel conveniently located off the highway, but nestled in the trees. Staff was amazing! Room was very clean and we had a nice, private balcony. The hotel was very quiet, dog-friendly with pool and hot tub. I would love to come back here.
My only complaint is that a couple inconsiderate guests did not wear masks and follow cleanliness protocol, such as using hand-sanitizer and wearing gloves, when gathering food in the lobby during breakfast. Most other guests were thoughtful, though.
Were not able to stay at hotel. They were not able to get us a downstairs room, and my wife is disabled.
