People using drugs in the parking lot and the lobby smelled like marijuana

Room was comfortable and quiet

The shower stopper did not work therefore I wasn’t able to shower in the morning. Staff did not seem to care much about this when I reported it on checkout. I at least expected an apology of maybe even an offer to shower in another room.

It was horriblly dirty! Infested with cockroaches coming through a hole in the bathroom wall that also leaked water. Tried to checkout and get refunded immeadiatly but no employee could be found. Had to sleep in my car.

The room was clean an serviced daily. The hotel is very convenient to trave Road America Race Track. There are also several fast food places and a gas station close to the hotel

No elevator but only two floors so not a big deal.

Everything. Didn?t have my reservation & front desk argued with me. Smelled & looked disgusting.

The room was decently appointed and seemed comfortable for our needs.

The whirlpool was broken and it seems they knew but didn?t do anything about it. That was the main reason we chose that hotel for a night away and couldn?t even soak in a whirlpool with bubbles. Made us feel like we wasted our money.

Hotel employee who checked us in. We had reserved for the wrong date and she quickly and cheerfully remedied the situation.

Breakfast options were slim. Cost was double what we paid two years ago.

No housekeeping after first day. Staff hid and not too friendly breakfast ok but area so small. Hot tub open to public so we went in but so crowded left

Location was good

The pool was cold!!! It felt as though the pool heater was broken or turned off. The continental breakfast was somewhat skimpy

At check in there was confusion as to if room was prepaid or not.

Decent breakfast

Breakfast area was too small. Surprising that there is no elevator. Sign at check in states no maid service during multiple night stays!!! We stayed 2 nights so it wasn't bad, but to say it was for safety, not payroll savings was crappy.

The bedding seemed dirty and there were bloodstains on the pillowcase. My husband's pillowcases smelled like men's cologne as well. The comforter had stains on it also. The bed was uncomfortable also.

Good location, restaurants in walking distance. Good price.

Construction happening on the road they were on but that¿s not their fault.

The hot tub was difficult to turn on, we ended up not going in the tub and the front desk just told us what to do to turn it on & it didn't work. I expected staff to help us get it turned on, other guests wanted to use it as well!
