- No carpets, pillows were not comfortable, there was a leak in the shower causing a puddle on the bathroom floor. Desk hours are not what a hotel should have. You have to ask the desk to get you ice.
- An undeserved $35 charge for a supposed broken mirror that was not broken when we checked out. A BS charge after we got home.
