- The location of the room
- Meet our needs perfectly, cant wait to see their renovation, loved the live music and people certainly enjoyed themselves during the karaoke

- My room was not the suite I was under the impression I was getting. There was no fireplace, the blinds were broken and I didn't have an ice bucket and my fridge wouldn't get cold.
- Thought the key tag thing for the pool was goofy
