- After I checked in, I went to my room and the heat had been turned off. I had to turn the heat on and then leave for about 2 hours to allow it to warm up. There were dirty wash cloths left on the shower curtain bar from a previous client.
- Received a phone call at 12:15am from front desk wondering what time we had checked in that evening. Very frustrating because we were getting up early Saturday morning.
