Convenient and quiet
The room was clean and functioned fine. The check in person was very good.
Easy access to US Hwy14 and many businesses. Clean, comfortable, homey feel.

Cons -

It might be a 3-star for the area, but not the standards of a city 3-star. It's comfortable, clean and cheerful front desk staff.

The room was clean and functioned fine. The check in person was very good.

The early morning desk person was only watching her computer. She and another employee got into it and there was lots of swearing. Neither really seemed to care about the guests. No morning breakfast at all except in an expensive pseudo restaurant.
