- Handicap room was great. Bed was perfect height for me to get in w/o help. Grab bars in the bath were very helpful. Some handicap rooms still have high beds that I cannot get in. Staff was helpful.

- Staff was friendly room was clean everything abt this hotel was great and I will return again.
Cons -
- Steps getting in were open back and hard for me, but railing was strong and very helpful.
- Online it showed a couch in our room but we get there and there isn't a couch and I need one for my bad back
