Floor in room was not clean, quite a bit of crumbs and dirt on vinyl floor when we entered. Long dark hair in shower. Smokers (including marijuana) right outside lobby door

?Make-up? area: too small, kept all containers in make-up bag, poor lighting; Bathroom: too small?barely enough space to use toilet & close the door. Room itself felt cramped. WiFi made you log in with every use of phone?annoying!!

Front desk staff very, very nice- very welcoming and so nice! Same when we checked out! The complimentary bottled water was a great touch. Very clean. Excellent coffee. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Rates were great. Continental breakfast was nice. Pleasant personnel and easy access to hotel even though the city was doing road work.

I would have liked to have instructions for the table clock/phone as it wouldn't allow us to set it

The staff was friendly and caring 24 hrs each day. Upon departure or arrival in the lobby we were warmly greeted & asked if we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was kept clean & offered a delicious array of hot & cold foods. We highly recommend!

Only that there is major construction on road nearby but worth any inconvenience.

The location was close to the church we traveled took a group of teens to a convention in Florida. We were able to be within 10 minutes of our group that we traveled to and from the airport with. This hotel selection was a matter of convenience.

The room was smaller than expected, but was it ok for just my husband and I to have a bed to sleep in for the night before heading home the next day.

Very friendly and helpful staff they were great if offering advice on things to do in the area, and making sure we knew about and enjoyed our free breakfast (it was very good also). Stayed an extra night at a great rate.

Late checkout at 11pm. Location was convenient. Hot breakfast is served. Accommodating staff!

The room smelled bad at first (like vomit) and the floor was dirty from the floor, I saw the black wash off when I stepped in the shower. Prior to being in the room I had socks and shoes on.

A BIG negative experience.... they serve EXPIRED food at their Breakfast. The chocolate milk I drank was a week past expiration and all the yogurts offered were more than one month past expiration. I drank the milk and was sick the rest of the day. BEWARE

Air conditioner didn't work properly, wall fixtures were coming out, doors were very hard to open & close. Breakfast area was too warm to be comfortable.

Everything!! It was clean, extremely comfortable, great breakfast. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. I have already told all my family I was meeting about this wonderful hotel. Really great place to stay when your just passing through!

Checking in during the grand opening was a bit of a cluster, some of the staff were not very friendly and only one elevator.

It¿s under construction bugs and paint chips and dingy fixtures and they¿re not willing to waive an early check in fee ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ fourth trip/within a month but definitely my last stay

Nothing, male rep . was polite @ checkin. You don¿t tell a guest how cheap the hotel is next door, if a guest inquired about pricing and quality of service. Then, state ¿we are renovating & will be a comfort inn, then our price will be $-- per night.

Unsafe , a person could be kidnapped in the hallway by intruder, door is broken, no mention of safety issue at checkin. Chairs stained and dirty, holes in curtains. Filthy towels and bathroom needed to be cleaned at check in. Maid was rude,

When we arrived we checked the beds and the sheets were dirty and stained with some brown stuff. When we told the staff they said no one can change the sheets and handed us new ones. The room was dirty and the staff was not helpful.
