Close to the airport.

The toilet kept making noise off and on all night and morning. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. There was no coffee in the morning as it said there would be.

It’s was cheap. The bed was clean and comfortable.

It was Just dated not clean clean but ok. I Did not like at all my room was in the first floor and I was not able to lock my window I did not feel safe.

Nothing it was dirty and very rude

Yes the room was gross smelled like pee mold in shower beds stained carpet not vacuumed loby and hall ways dirty fridge nasty mold in it Roaches in the room

The fire alarms were broken I couldnt sleep all night The corridors were as dirty as possible

It was big enough to get a wheelchair between the beds and the dress etc

The breakfast was just donuts and coffee. They did not even have juice or water to drink.

Didn't like much it was quiet that's about it

I like the location. I have relatives staying with me so this is my getaway. For the most part it Is a nice place. The Staff is always nice. Somtimes the guest never sleep.

Some of the guest stayed up all night and were a bit loud. I didn't get a decent sleep.

the hotel was fine. breakfast was better than expected (oatmeal, donuts, coffee?, the place was clean!

The customer service representative seemed to care about the rude receptionist at the front desk who told me my son did not have a phone in his room. He had spoke to me 3 times in the morning and tried called me 3 times in the pm.

Each time you re-rent a room, a $100 security deposit is placed on your card. Stay one 02/08/2023 to 02/09/2023 = $100 hold. 02/09/2023 to 02/10/2023 = $100 hold on my debit card. Lastly, you don't qualify for the special blue offer unless you make 50

Every time we booked they charged a $100 security hold. That $300 hold for 3 nights. The rooms don¿t have direct phone numbers. The front desk has to transfer your call. The front desk is not always happy to do that. The sheets feel rough.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Hotel was centrally located. Was very pleased with our stay at this motel. Thank You.

Good value. Better quality than other hotels in same area at this price point.

TV remote wouldn't turn TV on and off, had to do so manually.

I GOT BEDBUGS BITES FROM ROOM 151 MAKE SURE THEY GET RID OF THE BEDBUGS BEFORE THEY PUT ANYONE ELSE IN THERE.

Staff at check in were friendly

Complained to manager about the noise upstairs all night both nights. Nothing was done. We ended up awake at 1 am. Had to drive home that day. Wanted to leave closer to 11 but just left early. At check out seemed that front desk did not care.

Everything¿ no clean towels, room dirty¿ bugs¿ ughhhhh

Clean room, convenient and seemingly safe location, and friendly staff.

I have no complaints.

The room was really dirty with stains on the wall. Neighbors were loud didn¿t get any sleep

It's a great place just not the best experience !!

Some of the staff was very rude and stalkerish during our stay we felt very un welcome and didn't want to stay but we couldn't get a refund back as it's non refundable and the manager really didn't give us much if a deal either when we told him the issues
