- We visit this hotel twice a year and stay for two nights each time usually everything is great and we are very happy with the service.
- The bed was very comfortable
- Location, I needed to be at the hospital for surgery the next day at 5am. There was a snow storm that night I stayed so it worked out really nice to have the hotel so close to the hospital. Plus, they have a nice restaurant it was so convenient and tasty.
Cons -
- We had a king room with a pullout couch. The pullout couch broke with my son sleeping on it in the middle of the first night. I reported it to the desk the next morning and was told they would have it fixed or get me a new room by the time I returned.
- Parking could not find a place to park. The hotel parking lot was full
- yes, my cell phone charger cord was stolen out of my duffle bag by presuming the cleaning lady. after the fact I read other peoples comments saying similar things . ugh
