Location to our venue

Cleanliness was a little below ok. A lot of light around the door, especially the bottom. We had to put a towel down to cover the bottom of the door to block the light. Not enough towels. The fact that I had to pay for parking ridiculous.

Best overall is the locationl

Room had an awkward layout. Simple functions were not working properly, such as no exhaust fan in the bathroom and loud air conditioner.

Dated and tired rooms, elevator small and slow, Noisy hallways, breakfast was cleaned up by 9:45am.

Convenient location, parking attached for $14/24 hours ( no in/out), clean room

Late night and morning staff wasn't very friendly, hotel needs updating as pool and hot tub are out of order. Also many issues with certain rooms. Channels 1 - 13 don't work in TV. The king rooms didn't have working ac, had to get 2 double bed instead

Rooms were terrible I got moved twice and still was unsatisfied couldn?t even stay and enjoy

The heating/cooling systems did not work, the toilet handle came loose and we had to fix it ourselves and the sink faucet handle came off I our hand.

The hotel did not offer a crib after asking for one for our child, the place smelled like marijuana everywhere we went, hotel condition is very poor, hotel staff was not friendly and accommodating.

Very nice and clean the house was very nice

My bed had a smell to it like the sheets were washed and a smoky area. I didn?t like the sheets at all.

It was available and price.

Was not very clean and floors smelled musty and damp. Not sure if it was carpet or what but not that great. Plus service overall was so-so and next time will pay more to stay else where.

No in room controlled air conditioner. Elevator down button did not work. Front desk staff didn?t seem to care about anything.

The staff was very friendly. Our AC didn?t work, so they brought us fans and water and a treat for my daughter.

Our room was not clean (obvious that someone had slept in one of the beds). There was no housekeeping service throughout our entire stay. No towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap. Room was frigid and a request at the front desk for heat went unheeded.

Check in was late at 4:30. Room air conditioning didn't work. Couldn't get hot water for 20 minutes. Elevator down button didn't work. Had to go up to go down

The hotel was clean. The room was available upon my arrival.

The information regarding parking was not consistent. The garage attendant stated that the hotel staff was supposed to provide a parking pass. No parking pass was provided.

Pool & Hot Tub were closed my entire stay. No guest laundry facilities.

Stayed longer and their breakfast has gotten better!!! The staff has gotten better. I recommend this Hotel as it is under new management/ ownership! Communication is key � they have it! I have observedthem worked with obnoxious customers (professional)!

No complaints as they dealt with any concerns that may have arise, rectified ! Thanks Hampton�s!

Bed was comfortable

No hot water in shower, a/c wasn¿t working, only one elevator operational, bathroom sink drained very slowly. Overall hotel seemed very ¿worn¿

Friendly staff, location was great

Loud Ice cold fan blowing constantly into the room, never shut off. We were always cold. Room safe was disconnected. Carpets were filthy, only 1 elevator working. Business center computer frozen - could not use. Answer from staff: this is an old building.

The location is great. Very easy to walk to places. For downtown the price was reasonable. The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thanks to Junior in maintenance for getting it open for us

The thermostat in our room was broken so even with 3 box fans running the temperature never got lower than 81 degrees. We asked to be moved and the desk never followed up on this. So we slept in the heat. If not for this our stay would have been great
