Hampton Inn by Hilton Glendale Milwaukee

It was clean they had fresh coffee when you first walked in they gave you free breakfast. It was a pretty good selection of breakfast. The rooms were very cozy big bathrooms, and it had your own thermometer for heat or air conditioner.

They charged me the floor rental for both rooms and I told them that I had paid for it already, but they were insisting that I was gonna get it right back the next day if everything pans out and it took me 3 days after checkout for it to come back on card

I like the location.

Some issues with the room they didn't have any maintenance to take care the issues right away in the afternoon so I had to drink warm water no remote control for tv and the smell from the hallway like moisture.

Everything was great location, breakfast, clean.

Could use one more chair.

The hotel should have paid us to stay there! The hotel was under construction and had no business renting out rooms. Musty odor gave us horrible headaches! King room w/no extra chair/couch Tub was backed up.

Nothing stood out. was nice at front desk.

So much construction. Pool out of service. Neighborhood sketchy.

The staff at checking were extremely friendly and welcoming.

It felt like I was in a horror movie. Caution tape everywhere with a ruble all around. They say they're in the middle of construction but I think they just stopped it and don't feel like continuing. It was horrible. The room was big but so gross.

Location

This is barely a 2* hotel. Most of the building is closed or under construction I guess. After 5:00 there was 1 person running the whole building!!!!!! Please DO NOT offer this hotel until you get the rating correct. I will NOT stay there again. Creepy

Nothing.Pool under remodel. Given a room directly next to rooms bring remodeled. This hotel is a two-star hotel at best

Hotel room didn't smell clean. Bathroom had mold. Ceramic glaze was peeling in tub. Bed linen were extremely worn (0 thread count) one of the double beds was sunken in in the center.

Checking out

No heat, no fridge and no micro-wave. Cheap towels like sandpaper, dirty. Under the bed there were candy and gum wrappers and a pizza box.

Front desk handled my disappointment graciously.

Swimming pool closed. I picked this hotel because of pool.

There was no guide for the tv and no area info (food etc). I asked for those things and was told "NO". Sleep # bed remote was dead and when I asked for batteries, desk said "NO". Not nice or helpful at all! Hotel was just OK but service was TERRIBLE!

I'm still waiting for the hotel manager to call me. I've stayed at this hotel over 40 times, i've never been so disgusted in a hotel in my entire life. Do not stay here! This hotel is within days of been condemned and yet they're still renting out rooms.

The roof was leaking through our electric fan in the bathroom, the carpeted floors were sticky in our room, the drains in the sink, toilet, bathtub didn't drain. The exterior locks don't work so there is no security at night or at anytime in this facility

The hotel was in serious need of updates. There are potholes in the driveways that are big enough to damage wheels. It looks like they are doing minimum upkeep.

The beds were quite comfortable.

The hotel was not like what was advertised. I'm guessing it was under construction, but there was no bar area and coming in at night it felt uncomfortable since all of the lights in the center area were off. Felt a little spooky.

Location

It's creepy. A large hotel with only a few guests. When you drive up to it it's difficult to even tell it's a hotel. It seems almost abandoned and they put guests in rooms the farthest from the hotel lobby.

It was very confusing to locate the elevators. There was dried vomit in the hallway. The room was dirty, garbage behind the bathroom door, bathtub was severally stained,Fitted sheet was on inside out, pillow case had dried blood on it...I could go on

Not a 3 1/2 star at all. More like a 2 star. No laundry bag, shampoo was used, NO HEAT on a cold night. Tub floor was painted and peeling. Towels and washcloths were very thin.Luckily I only stayed 8 hours. Don't stay here.

Staff was good

There was no air conditioning and it was 87 both days We changed rooms before we were told it had not been turned on for the season, yet We won't be back

not much

Front desk person first told me I did not have a room then said I did. He was smart though in telling me there were no issues to divert what he said earlier in the day. It's a horrible place. TOO big and it took forever for me to get to the room.
