The rooms were comfortable and very quiet!

The hotel bar has bartenders that don't know how to mix drinks. Ugh.

Great location

Wifi is not free unless you are a Marriott member - logging in didn't work and I was billed the $10/day. Parking is expensive.

Cleanliness

Pool was super small, parking was a little pricey. Didn't like needing a room key for basically everywhere, pool, elevator, etc.

The location was perfect for our needs and I chose it over other locations because of the concierge level room.

Tiny pool. Concierge level, although very nice, was not stocked and the garbage overflowing. The rooms were nice, but not of the same level as other similarly priced hotels in the area.

Very clean and the room was modern and immaculate

We were not made aware ahead of checkin that there was construction surrounding the hotel. The valet was not clearly marked. Our first room was directly above overnight construction work. However, the staff was extremely helpful in finding us a new room.

Great location

I literally stayed at this hotel to be able to sleep, but the concierge who checked me in was ringing the phone in my room starting at 8am. Asked me to come downstairs bc my card want working. She had misfiled it. No apology. No sleep.

The hotel did not show our reservation, panicked!! Until Mgr retrieved it from behind the scenes..

Perfect location, the staff was excellent, the room was nicely appointed and quiet. Parking is right across the street ($19/overnight).

Nice location. Quiet floor at least when we stayed there.

Paying for internet in 2016 is lame. Usually it is just business hotels that still do this. But it makes the experience feel less than staying at a Days Inn. There was no mini-fridge either, which for the star quality advertised, seemed surprising.

We arrived from Portland,OR.on the red-eye flight. And went straight to the hotel, exhausted. It was only 10 am, but the front desk clerk was able to get us an early check in. Getting sleep before seeing Willie and Merle Haggard saved our trip.

The room was cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food in the restaurant was delicious . It is a great location. Near shopping and a water front. The staff works hard to make you comfortable.
