Good location, clean

Front desk lady needs attitude adjustment, behaved like we weren’t supposed to be there from the moment we checked in. Emphasized that breakfast would cost extra. The bed frame squeaked every time I turned over. Snippy when an issue arise.

Front desk staff welcoming and professional. Put me on the highest floor with the better view. Nice sized perfectly clean and very comfortable room. All other areas of the hotel and property were very clean as well.

The convenient location, pool and courtyard were nice

The bathroom had some hair and only 1 roll of toilet paper

I thought the hotel itself was very clean. Our shower is what made me give a 7 for cleaniness.

I was very disappointed I could not get a late check out, only 1 hour without being a member of the hotel. We were not given any information on how to become members. All I was told was I would be charged a $10.00 an hour extra.

We had a little issue with changing our room from a king to a 2 queen, but the morning staff person was very accommodating.

Breakfast is an overpriced inconvenience provided.. Not included as deceptively promoted. A bit of bait and switch here... Never a good feeling to be with exposed to.

The shower leaked all over the floor

The hotel itself is beautiful.

Incompetent staff. Our wall outlets by our bed didn?t work & neither did the lamps. The lack of food, no continental breakfast for the price, the bistro also lacked a cook which made the menu 3 options which were fried food, overall, go stay elsewhere.

Great beds, lovely pool, nice outdoor area!

Conveniently located to the freeway. Appeared to have a nice pool area (we looked, did not use).

Lack of free breakfast; not interested in their cafe style set-up.

Our family was staying here last minute for a family emergency. The lounge/bar area where very comfortable and welcoming for all of us to sit in the evening and talk.

The room was great, very spacious with tall ceiling and a nice design that lended to a more relaxing experience that didn¿t just feel like a standard cramped hotel room.

When I got there around 3:30 there was a sign on the desk, staff had stepped away. Was about a 5 minute wait, after travel thats a bummer, especially when two staff members returned. Perhaps breaks could¿ve been separate to avoid an unmanned welcome desk.

It was our honeymoon getaway and there was nothing special they did. The staff were not very friendly in fact we stood around for 10 minutes just to find someone to check in. The toilet plugged twice and the second time my husband plunged the toilet.
