Hilton Garden Inn Madison West/Middleton

Location and price were great

The walls and door especially were paper thin or not insulated. The door looked almost open with the amount of light you could see through the door and the jam.

Very nice and clean, convenient location.

TV very difficult to navigate.

It was convenient for our needs. I heard the pool was very nice for families with young children.

The beds are really low to the floor. The bathtub was really slippery.

Very clean, nicely decorated.

Other hotels on this area and price range do not charge $15 for breakfast. Also, the walls were very thin and the room was quite noisy.

I arrived very late, about 1230 pm and there was actually a person sitting in the lobby ready to let me in.

No clock in the room. Only the microwave clock.

The room was wonderful!

Elevator was broken, bed was too soft, duvet was very scratchy.

We got a room with a pullout sofa they did not provide linens. There was next to no one working the front desk. Linen on actual bed were barely clean. breakfast area was a free for all mess. Podunk town

The room was dirty and had tape on the wall from previous decorations. The pool area was messy and had three ripped chairs. Towels & bedding were worn & carpet was dirty. For the price of this hotel, it was ridiculous. Should only have a 2-star rating

The cleanliness in the communal areas could have been better. There was a ground cigarette butt on the pool deck, and the lobby bathroom needed to be restocked.

Very crowded with a lot going on. Too much for my wife to handle. Soccer kids and weddings.

My room was very noisy and I was unable to sleep. I called them and told them and they immediately offered me a free night and breakfast. Best service I have ever had.

I liked the room layout the best. It was really nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

I thought the breakfast buffet was a nice option but a bit pricey. $10.95

The only thing wrong was the pillows were very uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping.

There were ants in the room.

I could not get a warm shower. It was either cool, or cold.
