Clean; great breakfast; it was thought that we left medication in the room, and although it wasn’t us, they were kind enough to call immediately and check❤️

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Loved the fresh cookies at check in Friday night, just wish they would have been each night.

The bed was a little hard for me but my husband didn't mind it.

When checking out, manager, rude and dismissive, refused to provide a refund or a receipt for the deposit required to put on my credit card upon checking in, which the night clerk had assured me that the deposit would be refunded when we checked out.

Staff was friendly and my spouse loved the warm delicious cookies. Breakfast was fine too.

Being in a handicap room the bed was a little too high (and hard) and the shower was not handicapped friendly. The side was high to attempt climbing over and the seat being slats hooked on didnt feel safe.

Breakfast buffet was not very good. Cold selections were ok, hot selections were not. Very limited.

The staff is always pleasant and accommodating.

The staff working breakfast tend to be a bit loud chatting. They might want to close the doorway to the hallway so the guests in nearby rooms are not affected by the noise. I?d also appreciate a milk substitute, like oat milk, & more hot sauce choices.

Sometimes difficult to locate a cart for luggage when arriving/departing

We have stayed here often over the last eight months. It is a tremendous value at about $--- per night for two nice double beds and an additional small living area with a full sized couch. Highly recommended for anyone on a budget.

If one is staying for any length of time, the complimentary hot breakfast does get a bit repetitive. There is no variety in the menu MON-FRI. All considering, a minor complaint for a free "amenity".

We try to stay at Country Inns when we travel. We find that they are, without exception, very clean, with cozy lobby?s, friendly and accommodating staff, and comfy beds & pillows. And I hear that their breakfast, which is included with your stay, is good.

This one was not centrally located in Madison. And I?m finding lately that Country Inn and Suites hotels, across the board, are in need of many updates?most are very dated with old carpeting and outdated amenities.

The hotel is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious.

The variety of television channels was geared towards Spanish speaking customers.
