Needs updating. Old school heating/air but clean.
I found a pillow on my bed that had a blood stain on the case and pillow its self. I brought it down and showed the front desk clerk. They said that they?d see what they could do, but nothing got done about it. I will not be booking again with this hotel!

My called and asked about the hot tub working and they said it was got in, checked in it used to hot tub once when we first checked in, came back after dinner till it closed off with the yellow rope. We specifically booked this hotel because of hot tub.
