Big room, free breakfast, comfy bed, amazing location, microwave/fridge

Some bits of the room were a bit beat up, our room was right next to the elevator so a bit loud

We arrived on June 26 in the late afternoon. The person at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. Friendly and professional. Nice complimentary breakfast. Although we did not eat at the restaurant, I was glad that there was one with what looked like delicious offerings. Lots of available parking spots. Check out took literally 20 secs.

The water in the dispensers on the floor was not cold and the ice machine on the floor was not working.

Big, clean and good amenities with close location to things.

I like the amenities, pool, hot tub, eating/bar area. The two gentlemen working when we checked in were great and super helpful. Food was decent. We loved the check out time of 12, it’s so much more convenient of a time!

The parking lot was super crowded and we found the last parking spot available.

The continental breakfast was lovely. Many high- quality hot options were available. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. The hotel offered a free shuttle within 2 miles. What a wonderful feature. The location was great.

The view was a rooftop and section of a wall but there was no expectation of a nice view.

Parking is free but limited. The hotel is very nice and the rooms large. It's dated, of course, but the closest to the hospital and clinics.

Check-in staff was brusque.Room was a little small (narrow, hard to get past the bed)

Great location for us. Close to our family’s home. Close to University hospital.

Room was too small for two king beds! Poor lighting in the for women to put on their makeup

Checkin and checkout were super quick and easy. Friendly staff. I didn't use the shuttle but appreciated that it was available. More parking than I expected, and I appreciated that a free parking space was included.

My room didn't have a smoke detector (but by the time I noticed I was already comfy and in bed and figured "eh if I die I die" so I only mentioned it at checkout). I also learned about the second elevator as I was leaving, and it would have been nice to discover sooner. Just little things!
