Quiet and clean I loved that. The maid was really nice, she let me exchange my towels for fresh ones for my morning shower.

The man who checked me in was extremely condescending and rude. I had to tell him three times the room was already paid for through your services. He kept trying to charge me ---- for the room.

Queen sized beds and tile floors in part of the room. good pool. kids said was warm

He hot tub did not work. The morning breakfast was not stocked and we had to ask the less than helpful person manning it many times for items.

This hotel is in a great location, very nice area. The room was spacious and nice up-to-date. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order. Very nice breakfast/room area. The staff was very nice and did what they could to help us.

Unfortunately, I booked a 2 queen bed hotel room and when we checked in the evening, we were told only King rooms were available. Very disappointed as we booked and PAID in advance for a 2 queen bed room to accommodate our family of 4.

My room was next to the hotel laundry room and the machine was running all night long and I was not able to sleep because it so loud

Hotel was clean and the room was clean also. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and help full.

Room was noisy with loud banging and stomping from the above room for two of the nights we stayed. Seemed the walls and floors did not insulate noise very well. The "barn door" for the bathroom and closest did not work for us. Very often got in the way.

The staff was incredibly friendly, apologetic when things went wrong, and quick to try to remedy the situation. The staff was the best part of this hotel.

In our first room the bathroom was dirty (something was smeared all over the bathroom door) so they moved us to a new room. The shower did not work in this room. It was fixed, but too late for us to use. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat

SO clean. Huge sparkling bathroom, spacious room, comfortable bed, great free breakfast.

Made our stay most enjoyable. Also, surprised my husband and I on our wedding night by leaving a bottle of wine and bag of chocolates in a bag by the television. That gesture was extremely appreciated and memorable! The bed was so comfy too!

Breakfast was okay. Would suggest potatoes of some sort served as an option. Bathroom door had no lock.

Some of the breakfast items needed refilling. For example, the fresh fruit bowl was about empty and never refilled. It would have been nice to have butter and cream cheese available for the bread products.
